Camera + Replay System Upgrade

Added:
- Dashboard tab: Camera + Replay
- OBS WebSocket v5 connection from dashboard browser
- CAM 1 / CAM 2 / SPLIT scene switching
- Replay Buffer start/stop
- Save last replay and play it in REPLAY scene
- Auto return to the live scene after selected seconds
- Auto replay trigger after SIX / WICKET, optional FOUR

OBS required setup:
1. OBS Studio 28+ recommended.
2. Tools / Settings -> WebSocket Server -> Enable WebSocket server.
3. Enable Authentication and set the same password in Dashboard.
4. Settings -> Output -> Replay Buffer -> Enable, set length 15 seconds.
5. Create scenes:
   - LIVE CAM 1
   - LIVE CAM 2
   - SPLIT SCREEN
   - REPLAY
6. Add Media Source inside REPLAY scene and name it exactly: Replay Player
7. Add overlay.php as Browser Source to live scenes.

Important:
- Dashboard must be opened on the same computer as OBS for ws://127.0.0.1:4455.
- Start Replay Buffer before the match.
- Auto replay can be enabled/disabled in the Camera + Replay tab.
