Replay Pro Effects Upgrade

Added:
- Slow motion replay toggle from dashboard
- Replay zoom effect toggle from dashboard
- INSTANT REPLAY intro source control
- BACK TO LIVE outro source control
- Test Effects Only button

OBS setup:
1. Open REPLAY scene.
2. Add Text (GDI+) source named exactly: Replay Intro
   Text: INSTANT REPLAY
   Put it above Replay Player source.
3. Add Text (GDI+) source named exactly: Replay Outro
   Text: BACK TO LIVE
   Put it above Replay Player source.
4. Keep Media Source name exactly: Replay Player
5. In dashboard Camera + Replay panel, save Replay Pro Effects.

Notes:
- Slow motion uses OBS Media Source speed_percent setting. Some OBS builds/plugins may ignore it.
- Zoom effect uses OBS WebSocket transform control on Replay Player.
- If source names are different, update names in Dashboard fields.
